The Artie is rated for a maximum of 60 Watts per E26 medium base socket. Because the fixture is constructed from heat-dissipating aluminum and is UL Wet Rated, it is engineered to handle the thermal output of a standard 60W incandescent bulb or a much brighter LED equivalent (typically 10W–12W). If you need higher light output for your entryway, we recommend using a high-lumen LED B11 or A19 bulb, which will stay well below the 60W safety limit while providing the brightness of a traditional 75W or 100W bulb.

The Small Artie measures 11" Wide x 10.25" High with a 12" extension from the wall. While it is more compact than the Medium version, it is specifically scaled for standard 80-inch tall doors or secondary entryways. The 11-inch wide shade is wide enough to provide a classic "barn light" silhouette without appearing undersized, making it a popular choice for homeowners who want a balanced look on single-door porches.

The fixture features a standard 6-inch diameter backplate, which is designed to provide a secure and stable mount over most standard exterior junction boxes. This size is typically compatible with most lap siding and decorative trim. Because the fixture is made of lightweight aluminum (only 1.89 lbs), it puts minimal stress on your mounting surface while still providing a robust, weather-tight seal.
