Frequently Asked Questions

Can this pendant work over a dining table with a higher ceiling?

Yes, the 120-inch wire gives you generous flexibility for a higher ceiling, while the pendant itself measures 18.5 inches tall. We recommend planning the final drop around comfortable sightlines and table use, rather than relying on the fixture’s body height alone. Measure the intended clearance before installation.

What bulb would give this pendant a comfortable glow over a small dining table?

An A19 bulb is the recommended choice, and the single E26 socket accepts up to 60 watts. The milk glass shade softens the bulb’s appearance, making this a considered option for intimate dining rather than broad room-wide illumination. We recommend choosing a dimmable bulb for added flexibility. Compare bulb options before ordering.

Can this pendant be installed on an angled ceiling in my entryway?

Yes, sloped-ceiling installation is supported, which makes the Filomena a practical option for an angled entryway ceiling. It is hard-wired for indoor use, and its ETL damp rating is a specific certification; it does not establish a general wet-location rating. We recommend confirming the ceiling box and installation details with your electrician. Verify the junction box before installation.
