Frequently Asked Questions

Will this sconce project too far from the wall in a narrow hallway?

No, its 6.5-inch extension keeps the profile relatively close to the wall, which is helpful beside a doorway or slim console. The 18.5-inch height gives it a graceful vertical presence without taking much room outward. We recommend allowing comfortable clearance along the walking path; measure the wall area before ordering.

Can I soften the light for a quieter mood in the bedroom?

Yes, this sconce is dimmable, so you can lower the light for a more restful evening setting. The dimmer is not included, and the fixture uses one E12 candelabra-base bulb, so choose a compatible dimmable bulb as well. We recommend confirming bulb and dimmer compatibility; compare the available finishes for your room.

Does this sconce use a replaceable bulb, or is the light source built in?

It uses a replaceable E12 candelabra-base bulb rather than an integrated light source, giving you flexibility when selecting a compatible lamp. One bulb is required, and the maximum is 60 watts. We recommend choosing a bulb suited to the room’s needs; review the full specifications before installation.
