Frequently Asked Questions

Can this pendant work above a long dining table without feeling undersized?

Yes. At 47 inches wide, the Stratford has the reach to relate comfortably to a longer dining table, while its two opal glass shades keep the composition visually balanced. We recommend comparing the fixture width with your tabletop before choosing placement. See the full dimensions to confirm the fit.

Can I use a dimmer to create softer light for dinner?

Yes, dimming is supported, though the dimmer is not included. We recommend pairing it with compatible dimmable E26 bulbs so you can adjust the light for relaxed dinners or brighter everyday use. The fixture accepts two bulbs, each up to 60 watts. Confirm bulb compatibility with your chosen dimmer before installation.

Is this pendant suitable for a kitchen where humidity is occasional?

Yes, its ETL damp rating makes it suitable for damp indoor locations, including a kitchen with occasional humidity; it is not specified for wet locations. We recommend keeping it away from direct water exposure and following the rating when selecting its position. Check the fixture rating against the intended location before installation.
