Frequently Asked Questions

What is the absolute minimum distance I can hang this pendant from my dining room ceiling?

The minimum hanging height is 31.28 inches from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture. We suggest measuring your table surface to ensure this clearance works for your specific dining setup. We recommend confirming your desired drop before finalizing the installation. Verify your ceiling height before ordering your fixture.

Can I use a standard wall dimmer to adjust the light intensity for my dinner parties?

Yes, this fixture is fully compatible with standard wall dimmers. We recommend pairing it with a high-quality dimmer switch to achieve your preferred ambiance. Since it uses a standard E26 medium base, you have full control over the light output. See how it performs with your chosen wall control.

Is this pendant safe to install on the sloped ceiling in my entryway?

Yes, the Stratford is designed to accommodate sloped ceilings. We recommend utilizing the included rods to ensure the fixture hangs perfectly level regardless of the angle. This flexibility makes it an excellent choice for architectural entryways. We suggest verifying your junction box rating before you begin the final installation process.
